Lisa M. Lilly’s practice concentrates in appeals, class actions, and other commercial and business litigation. She has defended numerous nationwide and state class actions and handled significant individual litigation involving claims adjusting practices, contract disputes, banking, insurance coverage, unsolicited facsimiles and consumer and common law fraud. Her experience includes bench and jury trials, appeals, and administrative hearings in Illinois as well as appeals and class action hearings throughout the United States in state and federal court. Ms. Lilly is a member of the bar of the Illinois Supreme Court; the United States District Court, Southern District of Illinois; and the United States District Court, Northern District of Illinois, including its Trial Bar. Her volunteer legal work includes internships with the Chicago Coalition for the Homeless, Chicago Volunteer Legal Services and the ACLU. Since 2009, she has been a member of the Board of Directors of the Alliance Against Intoxicated Motorists (AAIM) and currently serves as AAIM’s Vice President. In addition, Ms. Lilly is the author of legal and business articles, short stories, and The Awakening series, and she frequently speaks and writes regarding the effect of intoxicated driving on individuals and society.
